  • If your baby struggles with frequent night wakings, has inconsistent naps, resists bedtime, or appears overtired despite your efforts, it may be time to seek support. Sleep challenges often affect the entire family, so if you’re feeling exhausted or overwhelmed, help can make a big difference.

  • No, when done gently and responsively, sleep training is safe and effective. It’s not about leaving your baby to cry but rather teaching them to develop self-settling skills in a supportive and nurturing way that respects their unique needs.

  • You can begin establishing healthy sleep habits as early as 3 months. However, its best to wait until 5 months for any sleep training your little one would be through the 4 month sleep regression

  • Every child is different, but most families see noticeable improvements within 1–2 weeks of consistent effort. Some challenges may take longer, but with patience and persistence, progress is achievable.

  • Teething and developmental milestones can temporarily disrupt sleep, but it’s still possible to work on healthy sleep habits. I’ll help you adjust your approach during these periods to keep things on track. If we feel we need to pause the plan, that is also an option.

  • Absolutely! Sleep training is not about weaning or disrupting feeding. We can create a plan that supports your breastfeeding goals while improving your baby’s sleep.

  • Not at all. My approach focuses on gentle, responsive techniques that align with your parenting style. There are many ways to teach your baby to sleep without leaving them to cry alone.

  • Early waking can be caused by overtiredness, an inconsistent bedtime, or environmental factors like light or noise. Together, we’ll identify the root cause and work on solutions to extend their morning sleep.

  • Yes, if co-sleeping aligns with your family’s preferences, we can create a sleep plan that respects your choices while helping your baby sleep better.

  • Sometimes progress takes time, and that’s okay. I’ll work closely with you to adjust the plan as needed to ensure your baby reaches their sleep goals.

    The plans do require 100% commitment to achieve progress

  • I am going to be completely honest, there might be some tears during the training because little ones don’t like change (who does). If your little one isn’t speaking yet, crying is there only way to communicate and they are basically saying “hey, this is different to what normally happens..'“
